To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. We will not reship or refund orders with incorrect address provided.
Processing Time: We will take 1-7 days to process your order. All orders including Panama and international orders meet the timeline stated above. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.
Shipping Method: Servi Entrega or UnoExpres will be used.
Shipping Speed: You will receive your order 2-3 days after you placed it. Plus the processing time.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier. Nala Makeda Afro Store does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 2-7 business days to process your order. Processing times doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email /SMS with tracking information. If you do not leave an email address at checkout you will not receive an order or shipping notification.

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. It also depends on what delivery method you select. Nala Makeda Afro Store is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Your order is shipped with import fees, taxes and customs unpaid. Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot refund purchases due to import/customs charges.
If you refuse a package because of customs fees and the shipping courier returns the package the charges will be deducted from your credit including the original shipping charges.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.
